2. Suggest ways to improve salability base on Fair Market Value.
3. Input listing into the Multiple Listing Service and keep it updated.
4. E-mail top agents with listing information, plus distribute flyers to all real estate offices in the Coachella Valley.
5. Use color photographs for MLS, Flyers, and Virtual Tour Formats.
6. Multiple property visits, taking notes, developing a list of distinctive features and develop a positive marketing plan.
7. Send "Just Listed" postcards to potential buyers of your property.
8. Call and/or e-mail clients on my buyers list who might be a match for your property.
9. Provide additional exposure by:
a. Advertising in Local newspapers, Magazines & Television.
b. Periodic mailings featuring your property to buyers and potential buyers.
c. Installing a professional sign on property, lock box (if requested), flyers.
d. Schedule office caravan where other brokers preview your property.
e. Revising flyers, MLS etc. on any changes made during the listing period.
10. Provide you with Comparative Market Analysis Data on Sales, Listings etc.
11. Return your phone calls promptly and send you copies of all advertising.
12. Market your property professionally on the MLS PERSONAL WEB SITE.
13. Hold "Open House" with your approval.
